2. What is the identity of the personal data controller?


The data is collected by Hugo Deux, and also by Apollo COM (Website manager), a limited liability company with a capital of 1000 euros, headquartered at 447 avenue du Clapier, 84320 Entraigues sur la Sorgue, registered with the Avignon trade and companies register under number B 907788947 ("Apollo COM").

The Personal Data collected may be communicated, for the purposes of fulfilling the objectives mentioned above in article 3, to the following persons:

  • The service providers, agents, or suppliers appointed by Hugo Deux, particularly the provider in charge of ensuring the provision of the website and analyzing customer behavior, namely Apollo COM, and the provider in charge of producing and delivering items ordered through the Website, namely Tenace company.
